As a Project Manager you’ll be working on some of the toughest planning challenges in the world today. You will also contribute to various implementation projects, or lend a hand in coaching or QA role.
Your puzzle starts with the formation of the project team, which consists of Business Consultants, Technical Consultants, Algorithm Experts and Quintiq Specialists. You’re in charge of uniting them and steering them towards one goal: deliver a project on schedule to the satisfaction of our customers. You will be given the support and tools you need to succeed – powerful management software and agile methodologies used by top development teams. Our customers range from mid-sized to large international logistic and manufacturing companies. You have affinity with logistic and/or manufacturing processes and working with and managing international customers and off-shore development teams. You like to be part of the implementation of a number of projects simultaneously with varying scope and timelines and steer the project from kick-off to final go-live. You ensure that the teams remain focused on results in terms of quality, costs and customer satisfaction.
Background at HBO/academic level in computer science, econometrics or similar, high abstraction and analytic ability, knowledge of Advanced Planning & Scheduling in our customers’ markets, experience with object-oriented modeling (UML), affinity with logistics and/or manufacturing, relevant work experience as IT- or Business Consultant or as a manager in Logistics or Manufacturing, flexible, willing to travel and good communicative skills (in Dutch and English).

This role is primarily based in The Logic Factory’s Headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, but you will be expected to work with colleagues in Europe, India and the US. Some travel to and from customer sites in Europe or occasionally India or the US will be required.
