Software Support Engineer
As a Software/Network Support Engineer you will be responsible to provide first line technical support to our customers. You will also be expected to work closely with our development team and customers to understand the issue or new requirements.
You will grow your industrial knowledge as well as technical knowledge at a tremendous tempo.
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional software support experience, including identifying issues raised by customers and responding to our customers with satisfactory solutions
- Able of maintaining and configuring VMWare/Windows based infrastructures
- You will be responsible to do detailed troubleshooting and suggest work around to get the customers’ systems up and running
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English is a MUST

BCA or Diploma in Computer Engineering with sound interest on software/network support rol
