Faces of TLF – Tim Yablonski

Meet Tim, one of our US based Business Consultants.

Introduce yourself: who are you and what do you do within TLF?

Hi, I’m Tim, I work as a business consultant out of the US office. As a BC, I work with our customers to design and implement a solution that meets their business needs and am currently focused on manufacturing applications.

What do you like about your particular role?

My favorite thing about my role as a BC is getting to work on a variety of different problems where the solution is often not immediately clear. Everyday is a bit different, and I am constantly being exposed to new challenges that require creative thinking.

What’s your favorite part about working for TLF overall, please explain.

TLF does a great job at creating a close-knit family-like atmosphere across the company. I love getting to work with people around the world, yet not feeling like we are a world apart. This is an important aspect of the company culture and I really feel that everyone does their best to make others feel welcome.

Who are you outside of TLF? Family/ friends, etc. How would they describe you?

My friends and family would probably describe me as a combination of independent, easy-going and adventurous. I am not much of a planner, and I tend to go with the flow in most situations. I am a pretty active person, and am always seeking out new things to try and new places to go.

What do you like to do for fun/hobbies?

I am an avid traveller, and I try to take trips as often as possible. Nowadays, most of my trips are focused on either scuba diving, hiking or just taking in a new city. I really enjoy the outdoors, snowboarding in the winters and hiking and camping in the summers. I recently started climbing (thanks Maggie and Derek) and have been keeping busy with that during the week. Living in Philadelphia, I also love to explore different parts of the city and try out the various bars and restaurants it has to offer.

Any fun hidden talent or skillsets?

I am pretty good at identifying whatever song is currently playing… as long as it isn’t country.

A message to all?

Try not to take anything for granted. You never know what your future holds, so do what makes you happy while you are still able.
