Technical Operation Manager

Your mission

You will contribute to the Continuous Services(CS) mission – Provide the best support to all our customers and achieve the highest customer satisfaction through Proactive behavior, Clear communication, and Good Administration flow - by setting up the team and customer satisfaction. You are the Team Manager for our second-line Technical Support team which includes the Technical Trouble-shooters, Manager Services, and Functional owners (depending on work basis). Your passion is to lead a team of support experts and guide their growth, to deliver quality services for our CS customers. Your biggest challenge is to guide the team through the process to ensure our customers get quality support in a prompt fashion, ensure proper synchronization within/across teams/departments and be able to grow the team, and improve their productivity and efficiency to tackle day-to-day challenges. 


Your profile

•  Accountable for the overall performance and progress of the 2 nd line Support team measured by           resolution SLA adherence %, enhanced CSE scores &Team efficiency %, etc.

•  Coach the team members, understand when to instruct and delegate and supply guidance. 

•  Develop individual and team growth plans aligned with organizational KPIs as mentioned above as 

    well as Individual certification targets.

 • Responsible to ensure quality work delivered to customers as per their contract. 

•  Empower the team members to take decisions within their framework. 

•  Coordinating resource availability with the Planning team for assignments in external and internal assignments, while keeping the right balance in mind between the 3rd line hours on Support tickets and 2 nd line resource’ hours on the project assignments. 

•  Investigate and organize Third line resources, as and when needed.

• Conduct annual performance evaluations and goal settings for team members. 

• Organize and coordinate discussions during periodic team meetings.

• Ensures knowledge is maintained across the team regarding all our customers. 

• Works on an atmosphere of trust within the team. 

 Department specific 

  • Escalation management and coordination with the Senior Management and Client Executive in case of potential concerns/opportunities.
  • Initiate, recognize innovative ideas for improvements, and participate in enhancement programs to improvise and stabilize our Hosting architecture. 
  • Work with the CS management on standardizing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in any form of Crisis Management related to CS customers, closely together with Client Executive and Senior Management. 
  • Participate in CS Budget formation and plans for next year. 
  • Along with other TMs, set up training and knowledgebase for the First line. 
  • Empower them to solve basic tickets while TAEs can focus on complex tickets.

Sales Executive

Your mission

  • You will perform the necessary tasks to build a sales pipeline in your target industry and coordinate the appropriate marketing approach for lead generation.
  • Develop strong customer/prospect relationships and license/project sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Your profile

  • Experience selling Supply Chain Planning, Optimization and/or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Software Solutions and consistent over quota achievement is a pre.
  • Experience with Value Based Selling (>5 years) to C-level executives in either FMCG, CPG or Retail.
  • Experience with companies in the Gartner 2021 magic quadrant for S&OP, such as Blue Yonder, SAP, Infor, Dassault Systèmes, Quintiq, O9, Kinaxis or similar.

Senior Project Manager

Your mission

As a Senior Project Manager you’ll be working on some of the toughest planning challenges in the world today. You will also contribute to various implementation projects, lend a hand in coaching and work in a quality assurance role.
Your extensive background in common Project Management topics like budget- and scope management helps you to hit the ground running with our internal teams and customers. 
Your puzzle starts with the formation of the project team, which consists of Industry Process Consultants, Infrastructure Consultants, Operations Research Scientists and DELMIA Quintiq Specialists. You’re in charge of uniting them and steering them towards one goal: deliver a project on schedule to the satisfaction of our customers. You will be given the support and tools you need to succeed – powerful management software and agile methodologies used by top development teams. Our customers range from mid-sized to large international logistic and manufacturing companies. You should have an affinity with logistic and/or manufacturing processes and working with and managing international customers and offshore development teams. You like being part of the implementation of a number of projects simultaneously with varying scope and timelines and steering the project from kick-off to final go-live. You will ensure that the teams remain focused on results in terms of quality, costs and customer satisfaction.

S&OP Software Implementation Consultant

Your mission

As a S&OP Software Implementation Consultant, you are responsible for implementing DELMIA Quintiq software at our customers. Our customers range from mid-sized to large international companies, all looking for advanced planning and scheduling (APS) solutions providing optimization capabilities. Customers are diverse, where you will be solving a variety of challenging KPI-based puzzles: logistical, manufacturing or workforce planning puzzles are just examples. 


Your profile

You, as ideal candidate S&OP Software Implementation Consultant:

  • First and foremost: like solving challenging puzzles!
  • Have a degree in computer science, information management, operations management, supply chain management, econometrics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Have a high abstraction and analytical capability: you are able to quickly understand business processes and discover optimization potential.
  • Like traversing between customers (ranging from management to planners) and our developers when discussing, defining and demonstrating our planning solutions.
  • Have great communication skills in fluent English.

Software Support Specialist

Your mission

You will contribute to the Continuous Services mission by establishing customer satisfaction. You are the Technical application specialist for our external Support customers and a real troubleshooter guru. Your passion is to investigate root causes and resolve technical problems from various individually customized applications for our  Continuous Services customers. Your biggest challenge is to be creative and help our customers as soon as possible when they are not able to run their daily business anymore, but also to propose preventive actions to avoid incidents from happening.

• Responsible for maintaining the technical knowledge of the customer environment.
• Responsible for updating the technical documents in the Support & Application Management knowledge base. 
• Analyze log files, provide corrective measures, and propose technical preventive solutions to the First Line team or the customer success associate. 
• “Spar” with project members about technical/functional workarounds in the model in case of defining a correction due to an incident. 
• May execute hotfixes in the model on Production environments.
• Responsible for defining clear instruction (documentation and training) towards the front office team for incidents, service requests, or executing predictive maintenance.

You will be the first point of contact for our internal (TLF) and external customers around the globe, in case of incidents reported or service requests.
