Sales Executive

Your mission

  • You will perform the necessary tasks to build a sales pipeline in your target industry and coordinate the appropriate marketing approach for lead generation.
  • Develop strong customer/prospect relationships and license/project sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop complete proposals that add value to the customer with technology and consulting services (also including support & hosting)
  • Work with our delivery organization to assess and guarantee excellence in pre-sales & delivery, from the proposal and initial engagements

Your profile

  • Experience selling Supply Chain Planning, Optimization and/or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Software Solutions and consistent over quota achievement is a pre.
  • Experience with Value Based Selling (>5 years) to C-level executives in either FMCG, CPG or Retail.
  • Experience with companies in the Gartner 2021 magic quadrant for S&OP, such as Blue Yonder, SAP, Infor, Dassault Systèmes, Quintiq, O9, Kinaxis or similar.
  • Ability to assimilate new sales methodologies and technologies. Excited to challenge the status quo, both for prospects and within the company.

System Administrator

Your mission

The Logic Factory, a young and dynamic company delivering state-of the art planning applications globally to only large enterprise customers is expanding their system administration department. The Logic Factory owns a large server park and hosts custom developed solutions for customers. All the systems we deliver to our customers are of vital importance to their primary process, and due to that, they rely on our ​24×7 highly secure and failsafe (cloud) architecture.
Our Dutch office is looking to strengthen our team with a system administrator that can understand, maintain, and expand our extensive environment. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about applying his/her skills to our IT environment.

  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
  • Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative

Software Support Specialist

Your mission

You will contribute to the Continuous Services mission by establishing customer satisfaction. You are the Technical application specialist for our external Support customers and a real troubleshooter guru. Your passion is to investigate root causes and resolve technical problems from various individually customized applications for our  Continuous Services customers. Your biggest challenge is to be creative and help our customers as soon as possible when they are not able to run their daily business anymore, but also to propose preventive actions to avoid incidents from happening. 


Your profile

• Responsible for maintaining the technical knowledge of the customer environment.
• Responsible for updating the technical documents in the Support & Application Management knowledge base. 
• Analyze log files, provide corrective measures, and propose technical preventive solutions to the First Line team or the customer success associate. 
• “Spar” with project members about technical/functional workarounds in the model in case of defining a correction due to an incident. 
• May execute hotfixes in the model on Production environments.

Your mission

Working within a project team, you are responsible for the technical execution of implementation projects: you design, build and test supply chain planning and scheduling optimization applications based on business analysis. You will use the Quintiq modeling language (Quill) to configure a solution tailored to the customer needs. You will grow your industrial knowledge as well as your technical knowledge at a tremendous tempo, enabling you to perform for variety of roles in project teams such as Software Expert, Technical Consultant or, Operation Research Scientist, depending upon your ambition and your skills.

Your profile

  • Professional development experience of between 1 to 4 years.
