Your Mission

TLF offers high-quality planning, scheduling, and optimization solutions as well as hosting, maintenance, and support services to assist customers in improving their supply chain performance. We are a rapidly growing international company and therefore require an expansion in our Finance department for 32-40 weeks. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller to work under the direction of the Finance Manager and support with the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and internal control systems. You must be able to work independently and with the highest level of integrity. The ideal candidate will also be well-organized with high accuracy. The ideal individual will be key in growing The Logic Factory’s presence. This critical role requires an attitude of ownership, customer-oriented, and exceptional organizational and analytical skills. There is a possible opportunity for the right person to progress within the business in the long term.

Your Profile

What Will You Do?

• Responsible for the timeliness and reliability of the financial administration.
• Managing bank and general ledger.
• Support with the monthly- quarterly and year-end closing.
• Support with account reconciliation.
• Managing creditor and debtor administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
• Implementing and maintaining internal control measures to safeguard financial integrity.
• Supporting the Finance Director by preparing the necessary documentation and performing preliminary work for monthly closing activities.
• Ensuring accurate reporting and utilization of ERP systems.
• Support with inter-company accounting and netting.
• Support with general office tasks.

What We Expect From You

• Education: HBO in finance or comparable
• 2-5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Experience with Twinfield is strongly recommended.
• A systematic and methodical approach with attention to detail.
• You have a supportive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for working in an international organization.
• The nature of the job requires a high degree of collaboration, therefore full office time is preferred.
