Sales Operations Analyst

Your profile

We are looking for a new colleague that identifies themselves with the below requirements:

  • A completed HBO education in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Economics or similar.
  • Interest in and/or experience with Salesforce, Excel, Order Systems and other data tools.
  • You’re able to Identify patterns and trends
  • Able to work in a team and to set up collaboration within different disciplines.
  • You’re proactive and a self-starter 
  • You are a good communicator, in person and in writing
  • You Possess punctuality, energy, entrepreneurial thinking, commercial focus and has a can-do mentality

Responsibilities of the position

As Sales Operations Analyst within The Logic Factory, you’re responsible for:

Increase Sales Effectiveness

  • Coordinate sales pipeline reviews
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast
  • Monitor Sales Processes for completeness and accuracy

Ensure & Provide Quality Data

Account Data (Ensure we have the right customer entity and data is correct

  • Opportunity Data (Ensure opportunities exist, forecasting stage and next steps are current)
  • Create weekly / monthly reports
  • Prepare quarterly commission reporting for CRO / Finance
  • Ad Hoc reporting for Board

Continuous Improvement

  • Owner of Sales Processes and Templates
  • Attend, document, and follow-up on retrospective sessions for closed opportunities 
  • Ensure wins and war stories are communicated throughout the organization
  • Curate sales collateral for future use 
  • Capture and follow-up on improvement ideas for templates and processes 

CRM Key User 

  • Salesforce Key User for internal improvement initiatives
  • Internal Salesforce Training for new employees
