US-Software Implementation Consultant (Jr.)

Your mission

As a Junior Industry Process Consultant, you are responsible for implementing DELMIA Quintiq software at our customers. Our customers range from mid-sized to large international companies, all looking for advanced planning and scheduling (APS) solutions providing optimization capabilities. Customers are diverse, where you will be solving a variety of challenging KPI-based puzzles: logistical, manufacturing or workforce planning puzzles are just examples.


Your profile

You, as ideal candidate Junior Industry Process Consultant:

  • First and foremost: like solving challenging puzzles!
  • Have a degree in computer science, information management, operations management, supply chain management, econometrics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Have a high abstraction and analytical capability: you are able to quickly understand business processes and discover optimization potential.
  • Like traversing between customers (ranging from management to planners) and our developers when discussing, defining and demonstrating our planning solutions.
  • Have great communication skills.
  • Like working in an international environment as one team: from working with international   colleagues to international customers and closely working with our offshore development   team
  • Have affinity with the markets we conquer.
  • Have a desire to learn about different business sectors as aluminum smelting, air traffic control, meat processing, postal, trucking and many others.
  • Are flexible and are willing to occasionally travel internationally.

 
Ticking one or more of the following boxes will be regarded as a pre-requisite:
      

  • Experience as a Software Implementation Consultant
  • Experience with object-oriented modelling (UML)
  • Experience as a Planner (S&OP, MPS, Workforce, Logistics) within our customers’ markets
  • Knowledge of APS or ERP solutions in our customers’ markets

This role is primarily based in The Logic Factory’s office in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, but you will be expected to work with colleagues in Europe and India. Some travel to and from customer sites throughout the US as well as to other TLF Offices and/or customers in Europe may be required.
