Meet Dipesh, a Software Expert from our Indian office.

Introduce yourself: Who are you and what do you do within TLF?
Hi, I’m Dipesh Pandya from Rajkot. I have been associated with TLF since 2023 as a Senior Consultant. My primary role is Software Expert and my responsibility is understanding customer requirements, designing effective supply chain planning solutions, and leading a team of Software Experts. I also manage the internship program where I mentor and train fresh graduates to become successful Software Experts.

What do you like about your particular role?
What I enjoy most about my role is solving complex customer challenges and transforming business requirements into practical solutions. Every successful implementation helps customers make better decisions and help in achieving their business goals; giving me a great sense of achievement.

What’s your favorite part about working for TLF overall, please explain.
TLF is a fantastic place to work, the atmosphere is super positive, people help each other to grow upwards. If I talk about the work culture, it’s super awesome, we get the opportunities to interact and collaborate with peoples in different countries and cultures. Fun thing here is on one end, there are new challenges and opportunities, which inspire us to learn and grow and keep ourselves updated. But at same time, the SoCo (Social Committee) arranges the events which makes us feel relaxed and provide opportunities to connect with colleagues.

Who are you outside of TLF? Family/ friends, etc. How would they describe you?
Outside work, I’m a proud husband and father of twin boys. Spending quality time with my family is my greatest happiness. Whether it’s taking my kids to new places and visit temples or simply enjoying the weekends together, I believe these moments create lifelong memories.

I also love catching up with friends over conversations, sharing laughs, and occasionally playing DOTA (Defense of the Ancients) together.

What do you like to do for fun/hobbies?
I am passionate about gaming and board games. I also enjoy PC games, especially classics like DOTA and Counter Strike. Gaming has taught me teamwork, strategy, and quick decision making.

Any fun hidden talent or skillsets?
I enjoy cooking! While I’m not a professional chef, my family happily enjoys my food and thankfully, everyone survives every meal. 😀

When you are in a position to help someone, be glad and do it. Because that’s God answering someone’s prayers through you.
