Meet John Rogelstad, Managing Consultant at TLF USA

Introduce yourself: Who are you and what do you do within TLF?
I’m John Rogelstad, a Managing Consultant within The Logic Factory. I help align a potential client’s business needs with one or more planning models in our portfolio. If none are a great match, I might also suggest a more tailored solution if that is the best option. I also stay on top of and evaluate emerging technologies to make sure we have the best offerings at our disposal.

What do you like about your particular role?
I like helping companies solve problems they thought were unsolvable! Especially these days where the latest AI buzz has got almost everyone rethinking what is possible. It’s rewarding to present a solution that gives prospects a sense of a future that’s an improvement over their current situation.

What’s your favorite part about working for TLF overall, please explain.
Folks at The Logic Factory are a great group to work with. Everyone has good ideas to bring to the table. They are all friendly, smart, and eager to work together to solve problems. It’s so nice and refreshing to work with this group.

Who are you outside of TLF? Family/ friends, etc. How would they describe you?
I’m a Dad, husband, Orthodox Christian, pet owner, and handy man. I am sometimes described as high energy, always working on some project or another. That’s all relative, though. I see a lot of people with higher energy than me!

What do you like to do for fun/hobbies?
I’m a member of an antique car club (even though my car doesn’t quite qualify as antique yet). Related to my penchant for projects, I like to tinker with my car, fix up my house, and take on one-off church or club projects. By that I mean design signs, update electronics, fix things that need fixing, participate in or organize events, etc. I like cycling and also do a lot of reading, especially about lives of Saints. I think there’s a lot we can learn from them!

Any fun hidden talent or skillsets?
Nope. I just do regular stuff listed above!
