Industry Process Consultant

Your mission

As an Industry Process Consultant, you are responsible for implementing Supply Chain Planning software at our customers. Our customers range from mid-sized to large international companies, all looking for advanced planning and scheduling (APS) solutions providing optimization capabilities. Customers are diverse, where you will be solving a variety of challenging KPI-based puzzles: logistical, manufacturing, or workforce planning puzzles are just examples.


Your profile

You, as an ideal candidate, Industry Process Consultant role:

  • First and foremost: like solving challenging puzzles!
  • Have a degree in computer science, information management, operations management, supply chain management, econometrics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Experience as an Industry Process Consultant is preferable.
  • Have a high abstraction and analytical capability: you are able to quickly understand business processes and discover optimization potential.
  • Enjoy navigating between customers (ranging from management to planners) and our  developers when discussing, defining, and demonstrating our planning solutions.
  • Have great communication skills in fluent English.
  • Enjoy working in an international environment as one team – Collaborating with colleagues, customers, and our offshore development team.
  • Have a desire to learn about different business sectors such as air traffic control.
  • Are flexible and are willing to occasionally travel internationally

Ticking one or more of the following boxes will be regarded as an advantage :

  • Experience with object-oriented modelling (UML)
  • Knowledge of APS solutions, lean planning, MPS, ERP, or SAP in our customers’ markets. 
  • It’s nice to have experience with tools like Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Quintiq, SAP IBP, etc.
