Skyguide gives TLF a perfect 5/5 CSE!
After TLF delivered Skyguide with enhancements to their DELMIA application, they gave TLF a perfect score in customer satisfaction.
The Logic Factory (TLF) aspires to be the best DELMIA Quintiq implementation partner for its customers. During projects, we do regular check-ins with our customers to make sure we are on track; they grade us on two scales; a Customer Satisfaction Evaluation (CSE) which is graded from 0-5, and then the Net Promoter Score (NPS) which is graded from 0-10.
Skyguide, a DELMIA customer, recently took advantage of our The Logic Upgrade program, having our team of experts take a look at their application to run a health check and subsequently work with the TLF team to implement some enhancements.
As a result of this work, Skyguide scored their experience with TLF with a perfect CSE score, 5 out of 5.
Dr. Lorna HERDA, ONAC, Head of Capacity Management, Management Support & Business Planning Operations relayed the compliments to our team:
The knowledge and expertise of The Logic Factory team was impressive; they knew just the right questions to ask in order to fully understand our puzzle. With little previous knowledge of our specific model, their team was able to jump right in and deliver a successful implementation, quickly. We are looking forward to a strong, continued relationship with TLF.
Congratulations to our project team and all involved in making this such a successful implementation.
