From our 24×7 support center, we service our customers both pro-active as re-active. Our trained support team is qualified to handle all DELMIA Quintiq related support issues within agreed service level agreements (SLA).

Depending on customer requirements, we offer a variety of corrective maintenance and incident management services. For mission-critical applications, we offer platinum SLA’s with 24×7 (near) immediate response time and a.s.a.p. solution times. For less critical applications, we can scale down to gold, silver or bronze SLA’s.

Above immediate support, The Logic Factory also offers application maintenance services in which we assist our customers with corrective maintenance service. If possible, in terms of business criticality, we strive to execute this in a release-based approach. We group issues into releases to optimize efficiency in development and (regression) testing.

Ultimately, we also offer complete application management, where we fully take control and responsibility for your DELMIA Quintiq environments. We offer these services for on-premises deployment as well as third-party hosting.
