Business Development Representative

As Business Development Representative, you’ll be a pivotal part of our Sales team, helping to identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities to drive pipeline growth. You’ll use your hunter mentality, strong networking skills, and outreach expertise to open doors, build executive relationships, and develop opportunities within manufacturing and supply chain across multiple industries. This is a high-impact role where your ability to connect with people, understand their challenges, and propose solutions will directly contribute to the success of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Identify and target potential clients, leveraging tools, platforms, and market insights to build a robust pipeline.
- Engage prospects via outbound activity, including prospecting calls, follow up, email, and LinkedIn, based on the agreed target accounts, as well as follow up on inbound leads from events and marketing campaigns.
- Identify, evaluate, and attend key industry events to network with decision-makers, start conversations and generate leads.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with prospects and stakeholders, positioning The Logic Factory as a valuable, trusted partner.
- Work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to align messaging, strategies, and outreach efforts.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A proactive, driven professional with a passion for identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a talent for building and maintaining connections.
- Experience in identifying and capitalizing on networking opportunities at conferences and trade shows.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise software sales, and a proven track record of initiating, enhancing and consistently developing business with “C” and “V” level decision makers.
- Customer-facing experience with enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Industry experience in (Food) Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering a plus.
- Located close to Ardmore, Philadelphia and open to travel within the US.
