Market Intelligence Analyst

Your mission

As Market Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, using your expertise and insights to help identify opportunities to build high-value partnerships and accelerate business growth. You’ll focus on supporting new business development by diving deep into specific industries and market segments to identify target companies, key contacts, emerging trends, and hot topics. The insights you provide will help drive pipeline creation, build high-value partnerships and expand our market presence. You’ll report to the Global Marketing & Growth Director and collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Business Development, and Sales.


Your profile

What will you do?

  • Conduct research and analyze trends and needs of target industries, market segments and competitors to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Map organizational structures to identify decision-makers, influencers, and key contacts for engagement, working with Sales and Marketing to build and maintain a list of high-potential target companies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing data and insights on target accounts and contacts, utilizing tools and resources to identify signals of intent, partnership potential, and market shifts.
  • Translate research into actionable insights to inform ABM campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Deliver concise and impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations to marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Support evaluation and selection of tools and vendors that contribute to market intelligence and ABM activities/deliverables.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) experience in market intelligence, ABM, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills – near-native English is a must.
  • High level of proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms, as well as PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Information, Market Research, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, and/or software industries are considered a plus.
